What is Vaginal Steaming?
Vaginal steaming requires sitting over a bucket, pot, or yoni stool with steeped herbs for 20-30 Mins. This has been done for years; allowing you to avoid modern-day medicine and heal through nature. Steaming is a great way to reconnect with your body and engage more in the knowledge of holistic healing.
Steams have been talked about by women all through history to reduce menstrual pain, exhaustion, bloating, and mood swings associated with menstruation. Steaming also aids in decreased menstrual flow helps to regulate irregular periods, boosts Fertility, and lubricates the vulva, all while toning the uterus after childbirth. Testimonies also have stated that vaginal steaming reduces uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and more. This practice helps relieve chronic yeast infections and helps keep the pH level balanced to maintain an odorless vagina. How often should I steam?
Steaming should only be performed 1-3 times a month, before your cycle, after a cycle to remove extra toxins, and more often if you're having frequent sexual intercourse. The only time you should increase your dosage is when you are fighting off bad bacteria or trying to achieve one of the many healing benefits of steaming.

This process fostered a profound connection to herbs and nutrition, particularly regarding women’s health. I was able to heal from past physical and mental traumas that significantly impacted my daily life.
As I deepened my relationship with nature, I engaged in diverse dialogues, listened to numerous stories, and sought my purpose in the external world, only to realize that the answers resided within me. I began incorporating practices such as meditation and yoga into my routine, cultivating my breath and exploring new energetic frequencies to further enhance my healing journey.
